I understand that. What I meant was that my other option was to handle the international shipping directly, not going through ebay.

Thanks. The issue was around a Canadian buyer concerned about the Canada Post strike. I was able to connect with a human at CS and they confirmed that ebay international shipping is using DHL to Canada, so that should avoid the issue. My only other o...
