money. Starting summer time sale went down.. so down.. Is that just me?

I need to see my old messages for at least 2 years. I lost contact with
the buyer. In messages I only see last 3 months. Is it possible to
request access to all messages from eBay?
I issued full refund to my buyer but did not send him return label. It's
been 3 weeks now. Return is closed. But buyer is not sending me my item
back sayin he has no return label. How and where I need to go to send
him return label?
eBay asked buyer to return my item. What happens if item will come back
broken due to poor packaging by buyer. Who will compensate me back.. and
do I still need to return money back to buyer
Yes, I hear you. Feedback stopped too. It is depressing. It was FUN
before to sell on eBay. But now.. my inventory is just sitting and not
moving at all.
