Yes the issue has become resolved, took some time, but for the last year
it's become possible to buy again. Still not sure why they excluded
Norway (or other non EU-countries) shipment option for so long.

Yes he had taken down the store, as you say, that is possible. Ebay even
sent out automatic messages when I tried write to the store, saying when
he would return. Still after I had gotten the items, left positive
feedback and proved to him by screens...

The store, which normally have 1000+ items showed 0 items for sale as it
said "seller will be back + date". I could write him, but got an auto
reply "seller is not available until...
That's like the worst explanation I have ever read. Obviously not the
case...Besides it solved itself, I have purchased the item now when
ebay.com.au finally came to their senses.
