Why the hell, i pay 21.85 usd and receive defective keyboard and now if
i return it, they want me 15 euro for shipping. SO, i (the buyer) must

ofcourse.But i can`t understand why when it is sold, ebay takes their
taxes and fees, but when i have a return request, they HOLD THE WHOLE
SUM and they will be returned to buyer.For exam...

Ebay again raise the fees, but this time is very impudently. This time
was without any warning email. A shame like never before. What if they
make fees 50% from tomorrow, again without any warning? Things are
getting worst, instead of better.
when description says nothing to working condition, and after receiving
it`s defective, so it`s defective, not "not as described"..... got it?
