I just learned something incredible every buyer should know - eBay does
NOT protect buyers where Sellers don't ship anywhere near on time and
you request cancellation, they don't respond and serveral days later
they ship.... and you refuse the order....
This is rather annoying. There is no ebay call information avaialable to
explain what happens if a Buyer simply ignores repeated communications
regarding an auction they won. Yes, I know I can open up a case but what
are the other aspects that go on ...
