$5 off code for using ebay app - how to get that code offered in the browser?

I was offered a $5 off offer from ebay using my browser. It has a QR code for downloading the app but I had downloaded it on my phone. I went to use it and I was able to see it in the cart. I wanted to switch the item so I did so but lost signal on my phone and had to try it the following day. However, the code was not pre-entered like it was before and I cannot seem to identify what coupon code would generate the $5 off.

I've tried in vain to contact ebay but I keep running into the virtual assistant, which is completely useless. At this point, I'm questioning whether it's worth pursuing any more or I'll just get what I'm seeking elsewhere. Is there an easy way to recover this code or find it in your account somehow?

I've just discovered where it is - it gets emailed to you in your inbox. I don't use ebay often and didn't immediately go there. Ironically the perk expired yesterday and there is no way to contact ebay as the virtual assistant is bulletproof protection. I'll end up buying what I need elsewhere but I hope this helps some of you.
