I have a quick question. How to respond to a beligerent and mean buyer.
Have me in tears so mean. Been a pain before but nothing like this. Not
sure how to proceed. Even sent me several emails today each being this
way.
Ugh. I am definitely jinxed. Threw out my back and can barely move then
another buyer to make you scream. The envelope I mailed to them was
delivered ok, but the people forwarding it messed up! And somehow it is

Thank you for the reply. That does make sense and I am glad I am not the
only one to have this mix up by eBay. If I do it again will make sure
its not the exact same amount as item sold cost.
And like I said a very busy person off eBay and take breaks but have
lots of inventory incoming so will be adding more very soon. Have read
everything not responding since no need to.
The people at said address sent back writing this person is not known
here on the envelope. And USPS sticker saying not known. But USPS
damaged it coming back to me. Will take this advice and keep in mind if
buyer tries to make a claim.
I do listen to experts have one for a brother. Changed little and still
make money each transaction. Their are many ways to keep costs low.
Hence smarter. I try not to make much gotta keep income not very high
have to learn to work smarter not harder...
