Is it possible that the 3000+ buys all 100% positive feedback person with hundreds of "great buyer fast pay instant payment would sell to again etc etc" comments and who won my auction at $675 a fraudster of some kind? He or she hasn't paid for 3 day...

Customer bought an item for me for $675( highest bid at end of auction) . Well, they still haven't paid despite having all of these feedback notes that say things like "fast payment ", "excellent buyer paid right away", "instant payment great buyer" ...
