I have a question for some advice.
I have a great frequent customer but everytime they buy items instead of one order of 4 etc. they do 4 orders of 1 of the same item.
Any advice how to nicely and professionally point out how they can fix this?
Thank you.

I offer multi-item discounts, so I let buyers know if they "add to cart" instead of "buy it now" they can unlock savings with orders of multiple items.
But if the repeat buyer is purchasing items without a benefit to them for placing a single order, and your goal is to avoid the per-order fixed final value fee of 30c-40c, I wouldn't say anything and instead just be thankful for their repeat business. No need to put that in jeopardy.

"Dear buyer,
I love repeat buyers and you're one of the best.
I don't know whether you realize it but if you purchase multiple items in a single order, you can save money since I offer reduced prices on multiples of the same item. When you do separate orders, you're spending more than you need to.
If you have questions or don't know how to do it, please feel free to ask.
Sincerely,
Seller"
