Zero organic traffic today - reporting glitch ?

I literally show zero organic views today. Anybody else ever experience this. Seems like I am being hidden from viewing. There should be no reason I have had no issues or defects.

Ebay combined a customers order, but had the shipping cost too low. I lost money on the shipping.

I had a multiple item listing for some Funko figure twin packs. A customer came in and bought the last 6 I had. Ebay automatically made it one order and charged the customer $9.42 for shipping and said it would ship in a 12x8x6 box and weigh 11 pound...

Ebay standard envelope all of a sudden disappeared from my shipping options.

I have been using the Ebay standard envelope option for awhile now for sports cards. I know if you fill it out incorrectly it will not show it as a option. But I am in the right category , and my envelope and weight parameters are the same as usual ....
