The drop down list for country of manufacture is incomplete

Why isn't a custom value allowed or a more complete list of countries listed in drop down? It seems like eBay in the tools section thinks that everything is made in anything, but USA, Japan or Germany.

What's up with the listing format now? There are now two places for accept offers. It's like eBay is trying to catch sellers slipping with their wild we want you to give this item away for nothing price.

What is going on with this site anymore? 

We're not in Kansas anymore, seller listing states US based, but shipped out of China

When you filter by seller location to US it should mean US, not some dishonest seller shipping out of China. If I wanted to order directly out of China i'd just go to aliexpress, temu, or shein. I don't understand why eBay doesn't crack down on this ...
