I dob’t understand the seller refund comments.If eBay refunds the seller
after delivery, what stops buyers and sellers colluding, filing INR’s
and then mailing an item after the buyer refund so that the seller gets
refunded as well?
Could it have been more innocent? They bought two dishes at the same
time. The first arrived broken and they filed the return on the wrong
