This is happening to me too. I found if I right click on "reload" that
fixes it too. Still a waste of time but less than saving and going back
to it. I keep checking on the tech issues page but nothing has been
posted. Good luck!
I't's so frustrating that they decided to fix something that was not
broken, and not even notify sellers. I just wasted 30 minutes trying to
figure out what I was doing wrong.
I would love to think the post office would give you a pass this time
since you made an honest mistake, but I know that's not being realistic.

In my experience, you're better off accepting the return and refunding
the money. It's better than the buyer opening a case with eBay. Then, if
the item really is defective, you can get rid of it, and if not, you
should be able to sell it again. Good...
