I'm using eBay standard shipping. The tracking showed a product was
delivered and a user "requested" some info about what happened to it
which put a hold on the funds.I explained that sometimes the tracking is
screwed up, and it shows up a day or two...
Let's say I have an item set for 1-day shipping:* I get an order Monday
morning.* I print the label and drop it off Tuesday afternoon. * The
mail person picks it up Wednesday afternoon.Is this order on-time or
late?

I had an evaluation today. I am fully qualified to become Top Rated. My
rating forecast is Top Rated.But for some reason, the sales dashboard
only lists sales as of January 31 when I didn't meet the requirements,
and my rating is still "Above Standar...
Yeah, the item was "delivered" according to the tracking before the
request was ever received.So I guess I just have to do nothing, and the
issue will go away.
Just for some additional clarity. If I get an order at 11:30pm on a
Monday, then that still has to be scanned by end of day Tuesday?Or do
orders that come in after work hours count as an order the next day, so
a Wednesday scan would be fine?
So one problem is that a well-packed postcard weighs over 1 oz. For
Canada, it seems easy. But for anywhere else, I'd either have to reduce
my standard of packing or dramatically raise the rates for shipping.
