I'm using eBay standard shipping. The tracking showed a product was delivered and a user "requested" some info about what happened to it which put a hold on the funds.
I explained that sometimes the tracking is screwed up, and it shows up a day or two after it's marked delivered.
The user told me that the card has now arrived, but the request is still open.
Is there anyway to close this out?

The buyer can manually close it.
If you added tracking number to INR case it should close by ebay in a few days.
If you haven't added tracking number to case do it now.

Yeah, the item was "delivered" according to the tracking before the request was ever received.
So I guess I just have to do nothing, and the issue will go away. 🙂

Add the tracking number in to the open case anyway, just incase
