Hello everyone. I have some terrible news. After being told by several
ebay reps during the process that this was a fraudulent return and they
ruled in my favor, their swat team ended up over turning the decision. I
did everything they asked me to do...
eBay has already ruled the case as a fraudulent return and decided in my
favor. I filed with my local police as per ebay's instructions and at
the suggestion of many community members and am waiting on a copy of the
incident report to forward to eBay...
