Is there something going on with EBAY or USPS? I have numerous things
that I shipped that should have all been delivered well before now
(mostly priority mail) and the last day it shows is January 29, 2020 it
was out for delivery.....?
What's a fair amount of time to wait? If someone sends me a message and
explains the delay I dont mind waiting, but what about the ones who dont
communicate? How long should you reasonably wait? Thanks!

I got a 200 free listing promo in April, then an email that said the
promo was also extended for May June and July, I believe. But when I
listed my items it charged the listing fees anyway (non-store)
