Received damaged item 4 days ago. Send seller 3 messages. Seller never responded. In the past, I could contact ebay when I had a problem with my order. I don't see that option now. Are we now forced to keep damaged items with no refunds?

I made a sale on 5/29. Buyer hasn't paid yet. Today in my sales it shows the sale was made today and the buyer has 7 more days to pay. How can the date of a sale change?

On my other account I sold 3 items to the same buyer. The items are big, so they are boxed separately. After auction ended, buyer immediately paid for all 3 items at once. I went to print the 3 shipping labels, and the system has combined all 3 items...

Resolved, I was using a basic listing page that didn't have the subtitle option. I'm now using the current listing page and it has the latest options. Thanks to all who answered.
