A buyer is asking for a refund but the item is saying it has been delivered when tracked through Royal Mail. Anyone got any advice, has this happened to someone else thanks

A buyer has open a refund case saying that they did not receive the item but when I tracked with Royal Mail it says it was delivered last week. Anyone got any advice or experienced this before??
