Good afternoon eBay Support Team:
ADYEN question:
Will eBay-Adyen provide FREE CSV or Excel databases like the PayPal CSV formatted data base with programmable date ranges? Having a database is crucial to working on tax information and reporting state sales tax. The columns can be sorted by State as well as transaction type making tax info organization simple.
Thanks for any info you can provide,
Mr. L
Hi @mr_lincoln,
Our goal is to provide additional reporting and resources all located on eBay. Thanks for sharing this specific request, I will pass it on to our Payments team for their consideration.

Estimated Delivery dates for packages shipped on ebay.
Could we please have a easy way to view (on ebay seller hub) the estimated delivery date of the package
The only estimate I can find is on the carrier's site when the package is accepted and on the way to the buyer. Or after 5 clicks and view on the order details page. (it is also available on the print label screen before you ship an item, but I want to know this information when looking at labels or sold items etc..)
And what is ebay's definition of estimated delivery?
Websters says:
Estimate :
a : to judge tentatively or approximately the value, worth, or significance of
b : to determine roughly the size, extent, or nature ofc : to produce a statement of the approximate cost of(according to Websters) Not ebay
And when you print a label it gives you "estimated delivery time" but on the item details page it says "expected delivery"
Second Question:
If I show 1 day handling and sell an item on Friday, the shipping date is Monday. (first business day)
Where is ebay getting the estimated delivery date? From Friday when it sold or Monday when it is expected to ship? And what if I ship it on Friday? Or Saturday? Does the estimated delivery date change for the buyer? In other words, am I expected to deliver the item before it is expected to ship?
How does this work with Guaranteed Delivery?
Third Question:
Do Weekends count in the estimated delivery time? How are weekends counted?
Fourth Question:
If the buyer selects a slower ground service, for example Parcel Select Ground, will the estimated delivery date be based on ground shipping? And what if the seller upgrades the package to Priority mail shipping? Is the seller then expected to have the package delivered faster than the original estimate?
Hi @golfingaddict - I actually replied to your other thread about this just a few minutes ago. Feel free to review and let me know if you have any questions there. 🙂

What’s going on with the eBay shipping supplies store? They have 5 items listed. Store owners feel cheated because they don’t have anything they need, 2 boxes, some tape, stickers & tissue paper that’s it. Are the supplies coupons going away?
Hi @mg152, I've reached out to the appropriate teams about reports of this issue and am working on more information. I will update this thread with more information once I have an update!

doug@ebay But which umbrella do we follow? Dolls and Bears has its own main category even tho it is a collectible. So does vintage toys etc. When you select collectible to add a listing, dolls and bears is not there. This is confusing and there needs to be a list of every category that falls under the umbrella of exclusions for free 30 day returns. So I and others do not make the mistake of not including it in free returns and losing TSR Plus on those items. Thanks!

I am interested to understand if there any way for eBay team to fix the situation with the wrong Ship By Day in Seller Hub and other pages. This situation started during Christmas season. It is very much visible during weekend when some of the items should be shipped on Monday while random items get Ship by Tuesday mark. All of the items do have 1-day handling time and all of them paid during weekend should be paid by Monday. I wouldn't complain about this snafu but it is affecting our GD abilities because with wrong shipping day we have wrong longer delivery estimates. Is there possibility that it will be fixed by next Christmas season?

I would like clarification on one point concerning free remorse returns.
Brian posted this on the PS board:
"Free returns means "free returns". That means full item price + shipping. The exception is ONLY if the item comes back in a condition other than you sent it out (e.g. dress no longer with tags, electronic item with an open box, etc.). If the item comes back as you sent it out - you must provide the buyer the item price, plus the shipping cost, that's what free returns means. Though you should send the buyer the shipping label so you control your return shipping cost."
I wanted to make sure that the original shipping cost can still be deducted from the refund per another rep on the Spring update board. The above post doesn't mention the original shipping cost, so I just wanted to make sure.
@fern*wood - If the seller offered free shipping outbound, then there is no ship charge for them to withhold from the buyer. If, on the other hand the seller charged the buyer shipping when the item was purchased, the seller can withhold the outbound ship cost.
I hope that clarifies it.
Thanks for selling on eBay.
Brian

How can eBay unilaterally change a contract? People that have 1 year store contracts will see a rate increase in May. That doesn’t seem right. Is there something in the TOS that allows such behavior?
Sorry but I’m a little unhappy these days. I don’t have a store right now but many people are complaining. EBay is going to lose sellers with this new update.
Hi @mg152,
During May 1st-31st store subscribers can cancel/downgrade any tier store without an early termination fee.
Thanks.

With all respect, having a "goal" is awesome, but as sellers, we will require these types of reports so that we can accurately file our federal tax returns. If Ebay doesn't reach its "goal", it is the sellers that will be left to resolve the issue so that we can properly file our required federal tax returns.

Thank you! I’m debating whether to reopen a store as I have too much inventory. I will wait to make my decision.
Im sorry I don’t mean to be negative. You guys know I’m usually waving my Pom poms around here but this update & the changes have me concerned. I suppose I’ll adapt & it’ll be a non issue by summer time. 😂😂 BTW, it’s gonna be ⛄️ freezing in north east Florida. Brrr!

The last General Topic chat was on 2/21. I posted a question on that thread, but did not receive an answer. I know there was lots to deal with on that thread and I just got lost in the shuffle, no big deal. But let me try again.
Is there a place where Ebay lists the USPS rates for First Class Parcel International as well as Priority mail? Getting the FCP domestic is easy as Ebay like all other internet providers of postage get the Commercial rate, but FCP International is different. That has been negotiated and Ebay usually does a good job with that negotiation. But unless we get a sale to a given country, we can't look up or I haven't found a place to go to, to get the Ebay rate. Please advise.
Hi @mam98031 - I've been looking for a rate chart and can't find one for you to easily reference countries at a single glance (I'll keep working on that for you). However, if you use the shipping calculator that will allow you to get the eBay prices (just toggle it to International and select the country or global region). When you get to the results screen make sure to select 'eBay Rates' instead of 'In-store rates'. Thanks!
