Actual delivery isn't the reason for the post.
It's eBays system not working as expected.
Probably because they want to spend their resources changing the ui of the listing and messaging system.
Having eBay register a delivered package as actually delivered is more important.
Priorities. Ebay is off target.

"That's in the past @lakefor94 . I did lead the charge and eBay updated policy and updated seller hub. Hasn't come up since and I don't expect it to.
This issue is completely unrelated. It's some kind of lag with eBay's tracking recognizing updates from carriers."
Yes, copy that. I needed a reminder on the "delivered to agent" recognized as delivered by the INR process. I just never have had to deal with many/any INR's with 50% of shipments going UPS.
I "might" take a few more chances with USPS to freight forwarders. Still, USPS has the reputation of sometimes not doing any scan for a FF delivery....

And we assume it might be one day working perfectly?
This one shown here is still open...as others I have.
The tracking system is not perfect and may never be perfect...Agreed...?
The solution is to make sure a buyer requests a refund if not delivered in the time frame and NOT beyond.

None of your posts relate to the issue or topic.
Look at the picture.
It clearly marked delivered by the carrier.
Your issues are different.

Had to read between the lines...rather confusing...assume you are the seller now.
Not sure but I assume you mailed an item to Miami to another country 'freight forward'.
If you check buyer eBay ID it might show another country.
There is no tracking beyond Miami.
Usually allow an extra week for buyer to receive package from Miami to another country.
It's not running behind schedule.
This is how 'freight forward' works from Miami, Delaware. Oregon, etc.

Original poster is the seller. They shipped a package.
Yes, the package went to a Freight Forwarder in FL. That part is irrelevant.
Point is:
Package was delivered.
Tracking scans on eBay show delivered.
The status bar on eBay above the tracking scans does not show delivered because there is a bug, an error eBay needs to fix. Tracking scans and tracking status are not synching the way they should on all orders (they are on some orders).
The question "why is this running behind schedule" is referring to the tracking status not updating to reflect what the tracking scans show. The text at the top of the tracking pop up shows "running behind" while the scans below that show "delivered."

Look at the picture.
It's very clear. The carrier marked it delivered.
Ebay isn't registering the delivery scan.
This Isn't a carrier issue, all carrier issues of delivery do not apply here.
This is eBays side problem.
I know it's not running behind schedule because it's shows DELIVERED.
Ebay needs to fix their tracking system.

So, let's agree eBay has a problem with this which is nothing new.
So
I have had 'freight forward' before.
I can find some from Delaware but can't find any from Florida at the moment.
So, as we had those eBay employee question / answer periods last year...discontinued now.
I was told...and this is maybe last summer...by eBay employee...not customer service..that if it doesn't say 'delivered' to use another shipper. There is no service from USA to the other country of tracking by eBay...so it's not my fault.
As long as it states 'delivered' in Miami or Delaware or Oregon or whatever you did your job.
There is no tracking outside of USA to other countries of 'freight forward'.
If you can or anyone can show me I would like to see...it is an eBay problem and some problems might never get fixed.

Unfortunately, all the images you showed are of a different topic of the carrier not doing their job and getting a delivery scan.
All of that isn't relevant, as their is a delivery scan.
Perhaps you should create your own thread and discuss the issue you are having as that one doesn't apply to this situation.
