If this is being shipped via the USPS, why would that be a surprise?

Why bother make a response if you aren't even going to look at the picture?

Is it going through a freight forwarder?
Looks like it was delivered on the 14th.

Poor eBay coding not registering delivery.
Sad they can't still fix this.
But it is eBay. They rather change cosmetics of seller hub than fix bugs.

There is a latency associated with changes in USPS tracking affecting what is displayed on Ebay for tracking.
It may have resolved itself by now.
Babysitting your shipments is not a recommended practice, and making it less frustrating has never been an Ebay goal or requirement.

Your post is completely incorrect.
I can't believe how poor the responses are here.
Its obviously not a latency issue.
I also don't babysit packages, your implication because I noticed a discrepancy due to Shopify showing delivery and eBay marking it running behind schedule isn't babysitting.
Once again eBay recorded the delivery on time but their poor coding doesn't change the status.

Hi @robbie31415 . There is a bug, some kind of lag, for the past 2-3 weeks. Not all shipments are reflecting the accurate step on the tracking status bar. I'm seeing it mostly with eIS from the US and GSP from the UK, but as you've demonstrated, it's also happening with shipments not going through a hub.
Not sure if that's the app or mobile web. If it's the app, shake your phone to open a tech ticket report screen. If it's mobile web, there should be a question mark icon on the lower right of your orders page - or you can use the ? on classic web.
More users reporting it, more likely eBay will prioritize a fix. More users ignoring it, less likely eBay will prioritize a fix.

Wondering if the INR system recognizes Delivered to Agent as a delivered scan these days of does a seller have to refund then appeal?
I remember a couple years ago @wastingtime101 was leading some threads to get that corrected. Thought it was a done deal.
I still ship UPS to freight forwarders to get a delivered scan. I might take a chance on USPS if it is a very inexpensive item.

eBay doesn't deliver mail. I've had that same scan and since it was scanned delivered I didn't win the inr case.

Thank you for your helpful reply.
I've had similar issues with this delivery reason, however that issue went away.
Ebay has the recorded delivery, im just not certain they are recognizing it as delivery.
If eBays system was delayed to record the delivery that would make more sense to me.
But it's clearly recorded. I will send a report in.
Thanks for letting me know others have been experiencing similar issues.

Typically I would use UPS but with the SurePost change and price increases, USPS has been best value by far.
Can't fault the USPS on this one because the delivery scan is there and eBay has recorded it.
I have a feeling I would actually lose an INR since the system can't detect delivery. I'll cross my fingers hoping they don't file one.

That's in the past @lakefor94 . I did lead the charge and eBay updated policy and updated seller hub. Hasn't come up since and I don't expect it to.
This issue is completely unrelated. It's some kind of lag with eBay's tracking recognizing updates from carriers.
I've had some people tell me their packages went through eIS with tons of steps along the way, yet even days after delivery the tracking status was stuck at "shipped." Tracking scans are populating, it's just that stepper at the top (step one: shipped to buyer ... all the way through step [x]: delivered) which isn't recognizing the scans.

I don't look at tracking...I look at 'Delivery : estimated date of delivery'...one day after you are allowed to open a claim for item not received.
