I am trying to start a USPS claim for damaged items during shipping. But when I click on a USPS page it comes up 404 bad page or 404 file too long... I can see why it's too long because it's well over 200 characters. I mean it takes a good 25 seconds of the delete key to just get back to the USPS.com part.
So what I'm asking does anyone have the "DIRECT Pahe" to filing a claim. & if I stop to get more info from the buyer(Pics, email address) can I actually find it under my Informed delivery. I say that again because I thought I had started & saved it. But under my account it's not there. Only my past orders for tape,boxes ect....
