I doubt theres even a point in posting this, since Im one of thousands of members who are dealing with the same issue, but ebay has shown time and time again that they neither care to solve the issue, and dont care about how it effects the lives of their members.  My livelihood is ebay, I ship out a hundred items a month, and I havent been able to print a USPS label for 6 weeks because of this constant glitch.  Ive tried everything, and NOTHING will work.  Ive tried to print a label on every single unique internet browser, and on my phone, but ebay WILL NOT let me purchase a USPS label.  I can sometimes print UPS and Fedex labels, but half my business is international and they dont supply international postage!  So I cant even ship out of this country anymore!!  So I cant ship inside or outside of my own country.

Before one of you condescending know-it-alls come on here with a hundred stupid suggestions, let me stop you: THEY DONT WORK.  Ive tried every single possible option available to fix this issue (even while on the phone with ebay) and nothing works.  When I talk with customer service, they have no idea and just tell me to 'email concierge' with screenshots.  When I email ebay "Concierge" with all the evidence, they ignore me.  *IVE BEEN IGNORED BY EBAY CONCIERGE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW*  I have late shipment defects racking up and ruining my account, and they literally dont give a flying f***.  

I love how ebay just says "Something" is wrong, but they refuse to let you know what that "something" is.

Why does everything in the woke era suck? literally everything that was once good, or at least functional, is now a broken mess.

I can literally find a dozen other members posting the same stuff right now, and even more from the past.  At this point Im just doing it to vent and to let ebay know how awful they are at troubleshooting anything in a timely manner for the past 5 years.

Yep, having a similar issue here.  Unable to even choose USPS label for shipping right now.  Even when I choose carrier packaging! There is definitely  a communications issue between ebay's system and USPS that needs to be remedied ASAP!

and since members have been dealing with this issue for years, it obviously will never be remedied! its amazing the ignorance, laziness, and carelessness of ebay. the company gets worse and worse every year.

The problem isn't always on Ebays side.

Could be a sellers browser issue, a bad internet connection and so on.

The buyer has ZERO impact on whether ebay is working properly or not.  What does a buyer's computer, or internet connection, matter when Im the one purchasing the label?  Why does one label work fine, and the next twelve I get errors for?  Thanks for the non-help, you and ebay should go bowling

They should have said seller not buyer.

And its quite possible its a problem on your end.

A lot of people are having no issue printing labels.

What makes them different? Well how they access eBay.

You can be salty all you want but it's most likely an issue on your end. When eBay actually does have USPS issues the threads flood in like a waterfall.

Oh, I don't know. I read it as the buyer (of the label) who is the seller (of the product). Because the seller (of the label) is eBay and/or the post office. Strikes me your comment was grammatically correct and the response you got was snotty and unwarranted.

It was supposed to say seller, but it could be for both, buyers and sellers when they have problems printing labels.

I don't pay much attention to comments like that, it just shows what kind of person they are.

The only time I have seen that message is when I click print in the pop up after purchasing the label, before the label is actually visible in the pop up. Otherwise it is working just fine for me.

I havent been able to print anything for months either, and Ive seen many posts saying the same as this one.  Its always fun when ignorant people come into a thread without any solutions, but just to tell you that youre wrong because they arent experiencing the same issue.  Ahh the internet; the end of humanity

Having same issue, on computer AND the app!!! How is the app infected too?!??

Its February of 2025, I just got off the phone with ebay, and they said that just *last night* they had it listed as a site issue, and are trying to take care of it.  So theyre a few years too late, but at least theyre attempting to fix it.  Wow this place really is a joke. and theyll bury you with late shipment strikes just to charge you more FVF.
