do all UPS charge for labels on itm sent

is UPS suppose to charge for shipment label of items when they provide a label? there was some location that did this (others no), so this leads me to believe they do not have a uniform fee sched of some sort, from corp lets say. does ebay have that option like USPS where you have a QR code so its printable by them (UPS)? most of my items go thru the former so would like to know...

UPS will always charge for the label whether you buy it from eBay or UPS.  What are we, or just me,  missing from you question?   In some situations, like for returns, you are charged only if the label is used, I believe.

Doesn't matter where or how you get your shipping label, they'll charge you for it.

meant to say have them (UPS) print label which was prepaid, similar to how USPS allows for this option via ebay

it's at the location level of what they charge you for the label.

You can use UPS Store print service and send the label to it and they will have it ready for you. And it only costs like 19 cents.

They always provide a free plastic sleeve to put the label in for me.

Yes, you can generate a QR code through eBay for a UPS label and have UPS print the label for you. I believe you can do it from their kiosks.

Go here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US

Expand the search options.

Under "location filters" check the box "accepts mobile barcodes" to find locations near you that have the ability to use your QR code.
