I have 4 items go out for delivery on the 28th, the tracking shows all 4 items were delivered at the same time and place. but I only received 2 of the 4 items.
I checked with my family and the people next door and I could not find the 2 packages. I got with the post office any they could not find the two items ether.
I told the two sellers on the 28th and have been keeping them upto date, one said nothing the other offered a 3$ refund for the 15$ item.
At this point what should I do? The two missing items were sent first class and the tracking says delivered.
The sellers are not intirely at fualt but they used the USPS to deliver the itmes and it is there reposabilty to make sure I get the itmes. But I'll never win a non delivery case when the tracking says deliverd and a SNAD would not be right as I have nothing to retrun.
What sould I do at this point?

@ahamilton_0 wrote:That's 289 and not 200, and I mostly buy old second hand computer parts witch is a very high risk market on eBay. Nor do I bother with looking at feed back.
the negs are for a much smaller number of items then the number of deals that go ok.
46 bad deals out of 530ish is not a lot.
Thats about 8.6% if my math is right.
Not it that it really matters. I have proof from 3 3rd parts that the items were not delivered to me.
a family member, the post master and video surveillance.
8.6% is astronomical.
And the seller has proof of delivery. Good luck.

@Anonymous
It's been 2 days since you started this thread. When do you plan to file the INR?

I'm sorry but how is 8.6% is astronomical? thats not even 10%, 8.6% is hardly anything. and why would this even be realavnet? So I been screwed over a few time, I always given sellers a change to make things right befor leaving a neg and offer to change feedback if they end up making things right after I leave a neg.
I allready filed a the INR for one. Seller uplouaded tracking but becuse I have 3 pices of proof stating that the tracking is worng its being investigated.
The other seller is seeing if his local post office can do anything.

I also told the seller of the item I open a INR case for if the item shows up I'll cloase the case and send any refiunded money back.

8.6 is astronomical because the average ebayer is probably less than 1%.

My guess is that you may get a courtesy refund from eBay and a big neon light flipped on over your account. My experience is that if numerous sellers start complaining, eBay is going to sit up and take notice.

AHAM..
Well, there is a scam some sellers pull on buyers. They send an envelope with Tracking on it, to a local business in the same zipcode. They put the name of the business on the envelope--with th address of that business.
If you ask your PO , they may be able to give you the name of that busness. And then you can report that to Ebay.

You think the scam seller would send two pkgs to the op's address and the other two $15 pkgs,he'd send an envelope with tracking to some random address in his zip code? Doesnt make sense.

Whether they hired usps, ups, or fed ex. It doesn't matter which carrier they use. Once it shows delivered then they will the case.

i never received the items,
the items were never delivered.
The post office people have no knowledge of the two missing packages but recall the other two delivered the same day.
gps tracking days shows that it was delivered in the middle of the street no newer Newark my mail box.
i had a person at my home that retrieved the mail seconds after delivery and they only got two packages.
the sellers mail curry failed to deliver the items and this is a case of INR.
Three thoughts.

After reading further down the thread, I think it was 5 different sellers.

its 4 sellers, 2 item arrived 2 did not.
Anyway I won the INR cases via paypal, oddly both sellers did not mail the items to the right address and the mail went back to the sellers, but oddly the new mail person mark them as delivered.
I have a very hard time believing this as I had USPS pull up the tracking data and some how we both mist it. Makes me think something is going on. And one seller state they never got the itme back.
Very odd.

@Anonymous, what was it that convinced PayPal to rule in favor of the buyer on INRs which had tracking showing delivered?

That sounds like an error in the address you provided?
