Tracking says delivered, but I don't have the items.

I have 4 items go out for delivery on the 28th, the tracking shows all 4 items were delivered at the same time and place. but I only received 2 of the 4 items.

I checked with my family and the people next door and I could not find the 2 packages. I got with the post office any they could not find the two items ether.

I told the two sellers on the 28th and have been keeping them upto date, one said nothing the other offered a 3$ refund for the 15$ item.

At this point what should I do? The two missing items were sent first class and the tracking says delivered.

The sellers are not intirely at fualt but they used the USPS to deliver the itmes and it is there reposabilty to make sure I get the itmes. But I'll never win a non delivery case when the tracking says deliverd and a SNAD would not be right as I have nothing to retrun.

What sould I do at this point?

I'm just going to file a charge back, one of the two seller will not even lift a finger and say a word while the other seller went bolistc after I kindly told them the item never arrived.

Take the tracking number to your local post master. He/She can then enter them into the usps system and it will show him/her the gps coordinates of exactly where your items were delivered to.

The sellers did EVERTHING right. It is NOT their fault that you don't have your items!

You'll most likely lose a chargeback, too, since all a seller has to do is enter the tracking number, especially since  all packages show as delivered.

not doing a chage back thourght ebay and the post office Like I said does not know were it is, what they know is that the tracking show it was marked delivered in the street no were near my mail box or any mail box. They did even recall the 2 missing mail packages. I ask the day they went missing too.

yes it is, its there reasonability to make sure the item arrives, if their courier fails to deliver the item its just as much there fault too. I now this for a fat as I;m also a seller and ebay has told me this more then once.

I had pepole home out frount were the mail was delivasered that day and the items were not delivered.

Also your bold large font text is not necessary

I was referring to a credit card chargeback. Again, since the items show as delivered all a seller has to do is give your credit card company the tracking number.

No said anything about a chargeback through eBay. You can't do a chargeback through eBay anyway, there is nothing to "chargeback". Your sellers will win the credit chargeback because they have the required proof of delivery that PayPal require. But that doesn't mean your credit card won't give you a courtesy credit--some do. And if that happens the sellers keep their money.

I always wonder why people who say that never seem to think that the buyer "did everything right" as well?

If your credit card is a major bank, it will require a signature from PayPal for delivery confirmation. But for $15, the issuer will refund rather than proceed with a chargeback.

@tacasita, doesn't Amazon require signature confirmation for INR?

You can complain and question until you are blue in the face, but it still stands that you will not be refunded and the seller is not obligated to do so either because the package is proven to be delivered. As many others have said, this will solely be a post office issue, and if you are lucky, you will be able to make some lee-way with that.

The buyer will likely have no problem getting a refund through a credit card chargeback.

You will have to lie to the CC company to prevail in the chargeback because all the sellers need do is enter the tracking number that tracks as delivered and they will win.  The sellers don't need to lift a finger and owe you nothing.  Your problem is a problem between you and the USPS, while the USPS is acting as an agent for the sellers, THEY say it was delivered.  There is absolutely no proof the item wasn't delivered

BTW,

That negative you left the one seller is most likely removeable if they call eBay CS and try hard enough.
