Shipping labels not working

Trying to print label and it keeps reverting to UPS or FedEx even though that was not on option. Says buyer selected it. Any work around?

@jonathanbrightlight @selsa84  interesting with the 9 POINT 5. Use 13 x 10 (maybe inputted 95, or something is ignoring the 'dot' (but should always just use the 'next' dimension rounding up).

I think 95 is too large for USPS (I think 86 max?)

that's why I filed the complaint ticket, in my case it is the other way around
like your examples in my case I get

4oz 2x8X4 from cali to miss ebay is $4.95, cns is $4.60
the larger the package/weight the wider the cost gap with cns being cheaper everytime. 
up to around $3-4.00
if I increase the weight 4lbs/40z ebay is $8.14 and cns is $7.79
if I increase to 12X18X14 ebay is 25.57, cns is $24.32

Doubtful; ebay has always been cheaper (same as Amazon, Same as Paypal (I use for my website); I've had 'click n ship' account and have been shipping exclusively (1200+ pkgs a year) since 2011/12.

That's EXACTLY what it did for us..! TWO DAYS IN A ROW SOMETHING HAS BEEN WRONG ON THE EBAY SITE FOR US! Thank GOD WE don't rely on Ebay to print our postage! It was stuck in the FedEx mode and when you unchecked the FedEx agreement box it still would not function for our Buyer preferred- USPS Ground Advantage (Greyed Out)

Don't get me started on yesterday's 1 1/2 hour ordeal and being passed on to three supposed "Specialists" who couldn't find their way out of a paper bag regarding the Ebay Standard Envelope fiasco going on behind the scenes!

then I suspect it is some kind of glitch with the surge pricing that started on the 5th, I noticed right away the prices were higher than normal

Fractional shipping dimensions are the problem. If so, round up to the nearest whole number and see if USPS shipping options reappear.

There seems to be a current issue with this that eBay is working on fixing.

I had the same problem on the 17th with Ebay Labels, Ground advantage wasn't showing. It had something to do with fractional dimensions   it wouldn't show on any thing with a .5   if I rounded up to whole numbers it was ok. seems to be fixed now ,and taking fractional again?

eBay seems to have corrected the issue within a few hours of it being reported.
