Yeah, I just got bit by this return policy too sold a $11.99 filter with
free shipping (cost me $6.75) Buyer starts a return stating he "found a

Yeah, Times have changed! I'm old enough to remember when most all
parcels were wrapped in brown Paper (Usually an inside out dissected
grocery bag), Taped up with Scotch Tape and then tied up with white
cotton string! They'd refuse that now!
