Shipping labels not printing correctly

Starting yesterday, my shipping labels started to come out incorrectly. When I go to print, they’re orientated vertical rather that horizontal. 

I use windows 10 and chrome to print. I’ve tried changing the eBay settings as well as the printing preferences on my printer without luck. I use the x2 4x6 labels on a 81/2x 11 sheet(can’t remember label name. 

Everything worked great before, but all of a sudden won’t orientate correctly to print on the labels like the preview shows on the eBay settings.

I’ve spent 2 hours trying to figure it out without luck.....please help!

I am having the exact same issue.  I don't know what ebay did to break it, but they did.

    Boy, a couple of days ago I was reading something about the latest update Windows 10 did and messed up people's printers. Now I cannot find that article but it said to go into your systems and under latest updates and to remove it.

     Maybe someone can check it out by googling it, I've been 😷 sick so I'm going back to bed..
