Trying to return something but is saying I need to pay with PayPal to get shipping label. Don’t have PayPal account

Who is saying you need to pay with PayPal to get a shipping label? Your seller? Have you opened a Return?

You can buy the shipping label at the PO and upload the tracking number to the return.

eBay is offering to sell you a postage label and you don't have to buy this label.

You can hand write or print the return address details from your return case, Attach this to your package and take it to your local post office. Buy postal service of your choice (1st or 2nd class) and make sure that service is tracked and signed and if item you are returning is expensive then service you purchase must offer you sufficient cover should item get lost in transit.

Get a proof of posting or postage receipt from post office masking sure that this receipt shows building number and Zip code of final delivery address.

You must upload the tracking reference number on the return case and when your item is delivered the seller will issue a refund.

Go to post office and mail your return. 

You have the option of purchasing label online but it is not required. 

Save your receipt and upload tracking to the return case.
