Sellers beware of dishonest buyer!!!!!!!

Sellers please beware of dishonest buyer This buyer purchase Authentic Hermes Birkin bag clearly described in pre owned mint condition.All photos and descriptions clearly described minor damages.The bag is from 2007 which correlates with date stamp L.After 2 days of receiving she messaged stating bag is not as described,has some scratches .I accepted the return right away but offered her small discount,just to make her happy and keep the bag.She demanded $3300 refund, I refused and told her to return the bag.She opened the case and escalated it.Until now and it's already day 11 the bag was not shipped back.I did my research and found that this is not her first case of doing this.

Ebay is a BUSINESS. Of course its souless. Remove the chip from your shoulder, and act like a professional even if youre just selling your own stuff. Returns are a part of doing business, and if youre selling you are infact doing business.

You can either handle your self like an adult and graciously accept the return or fly off the handle and call the buyer a manipulative liar and make yourself look like a hot headed jerk

The poster could be using a posting ID made specifically for posting in the community. Never judge someone by the 0 or the registration date.

For someone that couldn't read a few simple rules and figure out how to get their money back or item, you sure are being nasty.  Also, for someone that couldn't figure out selling a huge designer luxury bag has a ton of risks, you have no right talking to people like that.  BTW, my main account has over 800 FB, only been open 3 years.

Excuse me! Yes Ebay is a business and WE are their customers. We should expect some assistance from them and not just a blanket approval of anything buyers want to do. Dishonest buyers should be investigated and kicked off. That makes it better for everyone.

The seller described the purse as mint and went on to say it had minor damage. The conflicting condition is enough to allow the buyer a return.
