I shipped an item to a Canadian buyer who refused to sign for the
delivery (prob didn't want to pay the tax) and has now opened a case
asking for the item because it wasn't delivered. I don't want to waste
money re-shipping the item only to have him ...
I just received an e-mail from Ebay: We reviewed this case and have
closed it without any refund to the buyer.The case will not affect your
seller performance. Any feedback left for this transaction will be
removed.
