Literally just had a episode now where I almost went out and bought a brand new printer.
I printed labels 2 days ago fine, changed nothing Same everything. Now today it was printing my labels in the corner of the page with about 10% of the label cut off.
I use brave browser, tried firefox and the results were worse label not even printing 95% blank page, sometimes printing 2 pages? What a mess
Seen some people from older archive posts were using a external program to manipulate the PDF to print properly. I ended up downloading Adobe Reader DC. This allowed me to center the shipping label the middle of the page and print properly. Worked fine and printed 100% correct.
I have no idea WTH was going on today. Glitch in the PDF? Ebay changed something? Let me know if you have had recent printing issues arise all of a sudden. I printed a test page fine on my printer no issues on the borders.
Im on a older legacy machine where all my auto updates are turned off so nothing changed on my machine. Including software on the machine I have marked to "ask to update".

When you pay for the label and eBay's pop-up comes up, there is an option to revert to the system's print dialog box. Select that, Bay's feeble attempt to improve something once again bites.

Is that the box that would come up if you hit CTRL+P or whatever, the windows dialog box? Yeah that does zero as well. I was messing with that and it wouldnt even change the manipulation of the printing.
Before this happened it would print in a landscape how I had it set and would show as a landscape image sideways in the print preview before printing, now like me and the other guy its coming up in the top left corner force to portrait mode.
Adobe Reader DC that i downloaded was the only thing that actually changed and manipulated the image so far and forced the label to the center of the page (after saving the pdf externally)
Im glad im not the only one having this issue i seen someone else posted a similar thread 1 hr before mine.

Also having the same issue. Labels have always printed 2 labels per page, now all I get is one huge label covering the whole page.

I've always been able to change the label size by clicking on "More Settings," then "Scale" and choosing "custom" along with the ratio I want - 50%, 25%, etc. In this way, I could make my shipping label the size of a postage stamp if I was so inclined! 🙂

Reset your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Yeah that wasnt doing nothing or remedying anything. I know the scale setting when I have a small package i will scale it down to fit the label on it.

Worked fine before, for years, wasnt even a thought in my head to change anything.
I pay for the label, click print, the print again to send to printer. Been the same way for years.
Now today issues.
Only thing I ever have to adjust is the scale if I want to make the shipping label smaller to fit on a tiny box.

That suggestion is not working. I and two others have tried it. This is an ebay issue.

Agree that it is an ebay problem. I am using the same computer, same browser and same printer since June.
Problem started this morning. All labels appear wrong orientation in the upper left corner. It is NOT because my browser is not set to Adobe as some have mentioned. I did that and it didnt matter. I tried multiple browsers, different browser versions, different computers and all the same bad result. This is making my shipping life miserable! come on ebay, fix this **bleep**!

Post a screen shot of your label preview page.

I got the same problem but worked out a solution with my Macbook:
1. Open a 4x6 label on "preview" app as usual,
2. Choose Edit > Insert > Page from File.*
3. From the file dialog, select another 4x6 label PDF that you want to add, then click Open. Now you have two labels in one pdf file.
4. Select file > print then adjust the setting as below
5. Adjust the setting option below the "orientation" . The default is "preview". Change that to "Layout".
6. Select "pages per sheet" from "1" to "2". You can adjust the "layout direction" but that doesn't matter to me.
7. Then print. Done!
This will print two labels on one sheet of paper.

Has this been fixed yet? Got the top left/parts missing one on 3/12 but as the bar code and send to address was showing we used it Have to do label tomorrow and was just wondering.
Also, if it's still printing the label on the top left corner of the page, we should be able to get four out of a sheet if we flip it right, right? The left corners of one side are the right corners on the other, right?
So I kind of hate to say it but if 'they' [the labels] were only 'centered' in the corners and not partially off the page, ebay would have done a good thing ... right?

not fixed!!

My label takes up the whole page. I'm able to shrink it to a smaller label in the center of the page, but then I can't use my shipping labels.
