I've always been able to change the label size by clicking on "More
Settings," then "Scale" and choosing "custom" along with the ratio I
want - 50%, 25%, etc. In this way, I could make my shipping label the
size of a postage stamp if I was so incline...
There is a much simpler solution for this; I am just about to implement
