How do I give a discount for items in a buyers ''Shopping Cart'? Or do
they have to go to 'Checkout' and ask me for an invoice. And if they go
to checkout, does that mean they have bought the item and now have to
pay for it? Thanks!

purchases and I did mention for any future purchases from me that were
on the same invoice (and I explained to her the Cart method) she would
pay the postage for 1st item only ($1.99)...
OK, from the beginning, Buyer ordered 2023 key chain, 2023 keychain
sent, they received key chain they ordered, they then sent me a email
stating they wanted a 2022 keychain. I then sent an email to them,
stating what I said before, exchange or refun...
That's exactly what I did...... I sent a very nice email saying I would
be happy to send the year they needed as soon as they send the key chain
they ordered back to me.
