Same situation on my end, did you go ahead and do the full refund? I think it depends on how they respond on the return IDK marking it as broken or not wanted. I dont have any adjustment option either.

also in the message for the refund before i hit next there is a text box that says "Give the buyer a little more info (required with deductions)"
