Not received yet, accidental openning return then close it, cannot contact ebay. How can I do?

I've order a dell laptop at 25/12/2019. And it showed "The estimated delivery date for this item was Jan 07, 2020."

But now, I still not received it due to FedEx hold my package. New Dell Laptop was debut, then I want to return it for money.

I contact seller but no response.

I accidentally open return, but have no item to return. Then I close it.

Now I cannot report that my item has not yet delivered and cannot open any other return. I still cannot contact seller again due to no response.

How can I do??? Is anyway for ebay involve to this?

If Fedex is holding your pkg why havent you picked it up? Looks like you canceled the purchase at Dell? What does 'New Dell Laptop was debut' mean?

At first, I missed the first delivery. Then I called them, and they told about next schedule, but I'm still waiting for their response. I'm new to this Fedex and don't know how to pick it at their location in my time. I have worked all dáy.

Since you didn't pick-up the package and you closed the case (not sure if it can be reopen)... I think it's best to contact PayPal. If that doesn't work for whatever reason, then call your debit/credit card company to dispute the charges.

If FedEx "they told about next schedule" @huvu02 you already heard it and don't need to "still waiting for their response". Just call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and arrange to have your package delivered

2. to a nearby FedEx office .

Not sure how you're using the term "debut" but if FedEx doesn't have a safe space or the required signature required for delivery they will hold the package until you specify otherwise or they will return it to the seller.
You entered into a contract with Dell not eBay and am sure there could be repercussions up to 50% of the purchase cost in restocking fees - why did you order the laptop if you could not accept delivery?

The problem is that they delivered once then no schedule for next delivery. I called them but they said about no schedule for my package. It took too much time and I change my mind to buy new one instead of old version of dell xps.

Is this the same OP? you are shown to be in Vietnam, are you dealing with a reshipper?
Yes, I agree it would be odd for FedEx not to allow arrangements for a second delivery. I also don't think the laptop's hardware would be outdated in a week's time, so I doubt Dell will consider that in a pending return without sanctions.

I agree it sounds like buyers remorse, just hope Dell will reconsider ...

My brother are in charge of taking my package. 

Today, i call FedEx again. It seems to me that my package was lost. And they asked me to contact ebay seller to resolve this. 

Actually, I cannot open any case anymore after  accidental cancelling a refund.
