International Shipping to Brunei

Hello there. Somebody just wrote me a question from Brunei wanting to calculate shipping for a nightgown. I thought that eBay did that now. I hardly ever have an International order if someone could help me with this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

     With the EIS program, which you are using, the potential buyer does see the shipping cost when looking at the listing. However, that only applies to the countries the EIS program ships to. Looking at your listing it does not appear that Brunei is one of those countries. I could not even find it in the eBay list of countries anywhere.

The response is simple if you want to protect yourself" "I apologize, but it Ebay International Does not ship to your country then no, I cannot ship it to you".  In my experience there are good reasons why EIS does not ship to many countries. If you really want to ship something though you can try adding USPS International shipping to your listing option and see if they will ship there. I would not do it is it is valuable and you are not prepared to lose it though.

You ship to Brunei with eIS but something isn't right with eIS shipping below is a screenshot of what I see when using Brunei as my country. eBay's International Shipping Should come up when selecting a country but it doesn't.

Can either of you check into this? I looked at several listings that appear to ship to Brunei it  is shown as one of the countries eIS ships to there seems to be a glitch that is preventing shipping charges to appear

Burnei is one of the countries it's shown between Brazil and Bulgaria in the image you posted.

I believe that this note means the seller will ship "worldwide" however they need to add the USPS International option and have not. I see this when EIS will not ship to the specified country as I do not have a USPS International option listed either. Maybe the Ebay team you tagged can confirm this as I would like a definite answer too.

If eIS doesn't ship to Brunei then why is it in the list of countries eIS ships to? 
I see the same issue when I look at one of my own listings. I don't have shipping worldwide selected only eIS. It is an obvious glitch or over sight.

     That is what is strange. It is in the list of ship to countries but does not appear in the drop down list as an option.

It is to Brunei Darussalem which I think is on the list  Thank you.

I looked and I did not see that it was excluded. That is what I thought at first also

It is an option in the drop down list but there is no cost or shipping method shown.

It is on the drop down list, however when you select it, it gives you blank information where the shipping details should be.
