How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

Would some one kindly explain in easy to follow directions how to generate a USPS Scan sheet for daily shipments.  

Without using the bulk shipping option, please.

Numerous attempts to find directions or any info on printing USPS scan sheets through eBay help returned absolutely no results for me.

Can a seller with 4 sold items to ship create shipping labels individually then print a USPS scan sheet?  

Many complaints from sellers here about post offices not scanning packages and late shipment dings.

Local post master told me Monday that scan sheets for shipment larger than 4 items per day may be required in the near future due to the continual increase in package processing.  Too much employee time spent scanning and too many complaints from shippers about lack thereof.

Would ebay consider adding an easy way to produce a scan sheet (without launching bulk shipping) under the Paid & Shipped section in Seller Hub by allowing sellers to put a check mark next to the items a shipping label has already been created for,  then clicking a link that would automatically produce the scan sheet for those items?

I had bought well over 100 shipping labels from eBay one at a time. 1/20/2020 I used the buy labels in bulk feature for the first time. Dropped off 11 packages the 4 I bought with bulk didn't update with tracking information I'm guessing because I didn't print a scan sheet ? Kind of freaking out because the other packages have updated twice at least and he's still show tracking information provided I achieved top rated powerseller while working a full-time job as fast as the requirements allow Started selling 8/11/2019 As of my 11/20/2019 Review my performance level has remained Top Rated and proud but now I fear I'm about to get 4 Dinks

Still waiting for a solution to print a USPS scan sheet WITHOUT using bulk shipping.

Contact your local Post Office and ask them to get you in contact with the Business Development team who can give you other options to process your shipments while still selling thru ebay. There are sites that will integrate with ebay and you will be able to get the end of day scan form and keep your Commercial Plus Pricing on your shipping!

They download your ebay sales and post back the tracking numbers. You don't need any bulk or no bulk options. After you printed out all the labels you need, click on the big button (via their menus) that says Create SCAN form and then print it out. As simple as it gets.
