How do I send a buyer a return address label? I am paying for shipping since I sent the buyer the wrong item. I have already refunded her money.

If I list an item on November 30th, will I get charged a listing fee then and again on December 1st? How long is the listing fee good for, a month from start or from the 1st of each month?
