Hi there
Can someone please advise on: So I got a sale recently and with my default usps it showed $13.68 and arrival date July 3rd to 7th. I looked at the drop down menu for more options and found fedex economy for $8 only but arrival time 3rd to 10th, so I'm not gonna reach out to buyer and ask if I could change the delivery method and eta etc etc.
So how do I nominate say both usps and fedex and if possible what eta's will show up to buyer since I nominated two cldifferent crriers and they always differ in delivery times..thank you

When you list an item you can add multiple shipping options. Often customers will choose the least expensive. You are always allowed to upgrade the shipping at your expense, but never to downgrade it.

You can add different shipping options, but you ship using the service the buyer selected, not the one that would be cheaper for you.

You need to create shipping policies for the shipping options you want to use for your listing. Go to account settings, business policies. You can name them so You know what it does & define any/all shipping assigned to that policy. When saved, on your listing page just select it from the drop down & BAM! done.
Depending on what the item is, I have different shipping policies & insurance requirements added etc.

Good question. You can't "nominate" the shipper after the fact... you have to use what the buyer selected at purchase.
