Fedex shipping label page orientation

eBay shipping question. I have the 2 to a sheet self adhesive labels. When I try to print Fedex labels from eBay it keeps putting the labels in the wrong origination that prints onto both labels. How to I get it to print the labels sideways? It's very annoying.

I don't have the option to switch between landscape and portrait either.  I've been reducing the size to about 80% and then it fits in spite of having the wrong orientation.

I am sorry for you, I know pain.  It helps me to know others are suffering  too. Today I had an international sale and label. It only gets worse. :

Same here, I can not find any of the menus they mention. Everything I change in the menus does nothing to fix the issue.

I am not sure if this will work for everyone.  When I open the PDF label (in Chrome) and press the print icon in the upper right corner of the window, I get a settings dialogue box.  If I set the "Pages per sheet" to '2' and the Scale to 'Custom' - 175, I am able to fit the label on a half sheet.

To make matters worse you cannot use the classic format anymore. None of the fixes I have read have worked for me.

Nope tried all of that even flipped landscape and portrait ugh 😑 they might have fixed it 🙏🏼 LoL I haven’t printed fedex again since last time.

So obviously 🙄 it’s still coded incorrectly within EBAY FIX THE FEDEX CODING ON YOUR BACKEND!!!! We are all having problems printing Fedex labels and this ISNT the time of year to play hour games trying to print one label! I solved my problem well sort of....I just printed it on white paper then use my copier to print it out on my label. Again we should not have to be doing this we pay A LOT in fees for our stores and our sales on ebay!

I made an excel file that is a full page print with a mark (line) at half a page and a line for guide around the whole page (border).  I set the print range to that area and horizontal/vertical centered it.  I cut a copy of the shipping label and pasted it/rotated and sized it to the half page I had set up and printed. Done with this problem.  I can use my sticky half page.  Put it on the top half, then next time the bottom half to finish using the sheet.  Hope this helps you.

@franciesfabfinds It's been broken since day 1 of the new label format over a year ago.  We've complained multiple times, they obviously have no reason or desire to fix it.

Are people having this problem on a mac?  I'm on a mac and having minor problems that I can work around.

1. I wish I could print the labels on my Zebra
2. It takes a few extra steps not addressed by ebay to not make my labels the entire page.  

I use FEDEX about twice a day and can go over my steps, but not sure if it will help anyone using windows

@holsteinatlanta  You should be able to use your Zebra on a Mac, if you have the Mac driver.  Also if you open the FedEx label PDF file with Abobe it should print fine on the 4"x6" label, with little or no adjustment of the Adobe print preview.

Hey, thanks for that.  I'm reading the process on the Zebra webpage and it says I need CUPS and other downloads.  Too much  to process right now, gotta get orders out.  The Zebra works fine with endica if I have to use  the paper printer once or twice a day I'll live. 

Thought I'd try to help the other who look like they have major problems.
