Creating a shipping label does not mean it was actually shipped

Ebay should not show an item as "shipped" just because a label was created. It should only show as shipped once it is accepted by the carrier. Too many times sellers create a label and waited another week to actually ship it. Doesn't make sense, sell...

I can't change my setting for : "PayPal Preferred" on my listings Its under Account, Site Preferences, Payment from Buyers I can't change any of those fields, the next one I can change is the state sales tax.
