Does anybody know why FedEx Ground in currently not available on eBay?

I have had the same problem. No option for FedEx GROUND. Only HOME, which costs more. The addresses are 100% positively COMMERCIAL. Even one for eBay's international forwarding center in KY.

I have called eBay twice - and they act like they have no clue. I asked about reimbursement for difference, and was told NO. That was today (9/8/20).

I have also stopped receiving e-mail notifications about my individual sales.

Still no FedEx Ground. Whenever I manage to get an eBay rep on phone, they act like they have no idea about this and report it as a new "glitch". That is the word they actually use.

Fed Ex is not showing up on any of my shipping labels pages either. I just checked. I clicked on fed ex button on one order, it showed the options for a brief second, but wouldn't come back when I clicked again.

A month later and still no progress. FedEx Ground is missing, and eBay still claims it is a "temporary glitch" that will be fixed "in a day or two". Reality is that they have no clue how to run a proper business. Customer service is now impossible to contact. I tried "have us call you - 1 minute wait time". They called 15 hours later!!!
