Half my return requests are began because people do not know how to reach out or think there is a problem with the item. I resolve many issues through the returns messaging system. Ebay setting up to return automatically approved for the buyer is awful. It really limits our ability to assist and salvage un-needed returns. Not sure if this is being rolled out for everyone or its just a few. Really limits seller options Ebay.

I am experiencing a return is open, then notified return closed by buyer, but funds still on hold. Not sure what is going on.
