E-Bay gives us option to add Product Documents, such as owner's manuals,
to our listings. I added these, as PDFs, to several listings, but I
don't see them anywhere when I view those listings. For example:

I went to ship an order, and found ALL shipping labels cost were
displaying much higher than usual. I know from experience that my 8#
small package going from FL to GA should be about $8-9 for USPS Ground,
and about $15 for UPS or FedEx, but today US...
I find that most e-bay agents I speak to are quite helpful and
knowledgeable, and willing to transfer me to other agent if it is
something they can't answer. I do have trouble understanding their
accents at times.
Well, I just figured out the answer to my question. Apparently ONLY
buyers in UK get to see the documentation that is uploaded. See photo.
Why not allow for ALL locations? It is helpful to buyers to be able to
see the Owners Manual.
