Help! The new changes have me in the dark. I cannot access my buyers address without buying a shipping label. I do all my own handwritten labels. Are they going to charge me even if I don't use the label? Is there another way to access the addresses?

Look into your inbox of emails everyone sends you...I look there first before in eBay.
I also writ all my addresses.
In fact, the addresses are more correct there...especially International addresses.
eBay sometimes lumps numbers and words together instead on separate lines.

No reason to have to purchase the label.
Just go to the page for purchasing the label.
All info is displayed before you click on "purchase".
Extract the needed info.
Hit the back button.
OR do a "pick list" or a "packing slip" to get the info.

Clicking the 12 digit number typically over the picture in Seller Hub-"Orders awaiting shipping" should still show you everything you need to know (it does for me, just 10 seconds ago)

Has the buyer paid?

Thank you that worked. I swear I thought I tried that yesterday. Thanks again!

Clicking on the transaction number worked but not Orders awaiting shipping. Thank you.

I'm happy to help. I'm glad I actually had a correct answer. I've been able to learn from others here.
I think its a nice touch to write your own labels.
