Help! The new changes have me in the dark. I cannot access my buyers
address without buying a shipping label. I do all my own handwritten
labels. Are they going to charge me even if I don't use the label? Is
there another way to access the addresses?

I don't understand why my on time shipping percentage keeps dropping
even though my orders are mailed and tracking is uploaded on time.What's
