Post office does not give correct pickup date

The postal service picked up a package the other day before 11:00AM. It still shows they have not received it. They don't show it picked up until it leaves the local office. I switched to three day handling to stop the late shipping dings.

New policy of disregarding what sellers post as weight/size for shipping?
